Help with trojan removal!

I'm having troubles with my computer that alot of people are having multiple explorer.exe running wave sound keeps going down and IE adds.

I have viewed other threads about how to remove this but i need some guidance. Here are the steps that I have already taken

"Now - please do the following:

* Click Start, Run then copy and paste the below into the Run box and click OK.

"%userprofile%\Desktop\remover.exe" fix \\.\PhysicalDrive0
* Now reboot your PC and after reboot continue with the below instructions.
* Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista or Win7, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator).

Then attach the below logs:

o C:\MGlogs.zip

**Make sure you tell me how things are working now!"


I already have the MG tools i just need to know what

means how do I attach the .txt files to the GetLogs.bat? or do i extract them on my desktop? Please help!
