Help with Virtumonde

I had an error with my antivirus last week and had to wait for tech service email to help me repair it and within the 2 days without it I got a nasty virus. Upon running the only program I had for virus'(trojan remover) it showed I have a virus it could not remove called Virtumonde. I have found it and tried to manually delete it.. no go. I tried the read & run but everything I try to install with the words spy/malware(spybot,spysweeper etc) will let me get to the I agree to terms of button and shut itself down so I cannot install it.I ran an online microtrend housecall but it had little to no help. I have never had this happen before and am not very computer saavy and could use a little help.

yes CCleaner ran for me but I could not get any of the others to run/install. They just keep disappearing. I ran the Virtumonde aka Trojan Vundo Removal and it deleted it finally and once I restarted I ran trojan scanner and it found nothing left. After a few moments I tried to install spysweeper again and it did the same thing just disappeared. So I run trojan scanner again and it found virtumonde in the same folder just a new file name. I tried to install soybot and spysweeper in safe mode both end with an abort,ignore option because it is having trouble with the registry.
