Help with virus

I have EZ antivirus and yesterday I got a message saying there was a trojan called Win32.Bambo and it listed 2 filenames (hosts.sam & dvpd.dll) and one was cleaned and the other deleted. The next time I turned on my computer I got a message that said "C:\\WINDOWS\dvpd.dll is 'Win32.Bambo'. Not cleaned" and when I click OK, something closes (can't remember what it is). I ran the antivirus again and it deleted them again. I already did everything listed on the sticky topic up there, but I still keep getting that message.
I am about to chuck the stupid thing out the window.
Can someone help?
