Help with win32 trojan agent.cs and a few other things

I need some help removing some nasty trojans from my computer. I've followed the instructions on the post for what to do prior to posting. Ran all the stuff and have a few things I cannot get rid of. I found java bytever.a, trojan agent.fz and also the infamous win32.trojan agent.cs. I wasn't able to get rid of the java bytever and agent.fz due to them being in use (according to the Trend Micro online scan)... and I don't know how to get rid of the win32 agent. Any help to remove these from my computer would be greatly appreciated!
