I just want too do a fresh install of windows 7 alas what I thought would be a simple process has become a new headache!

When I run the disk I get the following error:

Windows installation encountered an unexpected error. Verify that the installation sources are accessible, and the restart the installation.

    Error code: 0xC0000005

So I have attemted too force the boot order to make the computer go straight too the CD and install that way but when I click boot from disk xp pops up like normal......

I havent attemted to create a partition yet but thats what I am going to work on now..... Anyone maybe have a simpler answer in the meantime?

One suggestion is make a partition and install to that, then after you have it fully installed you can format and remove the partition with windows XP on it or keep it as a dual boot.
