Help!

I have run so many virus checks and they all come up clean. Some one told me that maybe my Works suite 2002 is corupt and causing all my problems. Works does tend to give me problems at times. Doesn't always do what is suppose to or needs to close and wipes out my work. When I send emails it sometimes will send the pictures in DOS or send out 30 to each person. Don't seem to be able to forward anything with a picture in it.
