Help!

    Ok.. once again im back..the computer :confused: who loves this website most when im :eek:
    anyway... my husband and I both have seperate desktops..we are running windows xp.. for some reason ( and this one is making my husband really :mad: ) if we/he is on his desktop any webpage we try to use is coming up as "page cannot be displayed" even when the connection is active..
    any body have any suggestion on what to do.... :eek: take pity on one who relies majorly on tech support..lol... thanks for any suggestions!

    you might want to head over to the spyware / malware fourm and do the read me first steps...
    Are you sure your connected to the net when this pops up?

    I did double check the connection when this happend..i ran a bunch of spyware and virus scans... im thinking of running them again...

    resolved.. thank you

    after I ran the scan again and deleted what it found I went back and tried again and his desktop is fine now... thank you for your suggestion!
