Hi, my computer(xps 400) is been running slow for a while now. I did everything in the "read and run first" thread. I've attached the logs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you run Bit Defender?

Also, run another CounterSpy scan and this time remove all found infections. Afterwards, reboot and attach a fresh HJT log.

 

yes i ran bit defender and it was clean. and i deleted all the infections that counterspy found manually. but I'll run both scans again just in case and I'll post the new logs.

Your logs look good, what problems are you having?

I would however recommend running CCleaner to cleanup any junk/temp files.

I did all the steps again but this time wit my laptop and bitdefender and panda found some viruses. here are the logs.

You're confusing me, the logs you posted in your last two post, are those from another computer?

Your logs look good, I don't see anything malicious.

 

what about the trojans that bitdefender found? it found 9 infections.

 

Delete RockXP4 and you'll be fine. Also, run the below.

I would like you to flush your System Restore points. Please follow the instructions in the below:

• Disable and Re-enable System Restore
  
  
• Turn OFF System Restore to flush any bad Restore Points.
  
  
• Then, follow the instructions at the bottom of the linked page to Re-enable the Restore Utility which will create a fresh restore point.

After you complete the above reboot once more.
