OKAY, HERE IS THE DEAL......MY JAVA WILL NOT LOAD IN MY MSN.
IT WILL LOAD IN MY INTERNET EXPLORER.
I SURE DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON.

HELP PLEASE.....I hate Internet Explorer....use MSN all the time, now I can't go to POGO.com with my MSN.

I know there is a way....and this is the place to fix it....the tech's at HP and MSN know NOTHING!

Actually, there is "MSN explorer", which is a browser.

Installing the latest version of Java is still a good idea, though. Probably better to uninstall Java from add-remove programs, then install it (from www.java.com). Best of luck.

 

Unistall java, completely, all versions. You may also need to unistall adobe flash as I did, and then reinstall it.

I had to download the Adobe flash uninstaller to remove it completely, and then reinstall it to fix my problems. Also make sure you have the latest versions of your browsers.

 

How do I do this???? I am not a techie! And, from what I have just read recently, MSN 9.5 does not accept Java, it has it's own runtime environment. I run, Windows XP2, Media Center....you?

 

I use windows xp home and media center, but I don't use MSN. You can try updating to the latest MSN or downgrading to an older verion that works, and wait a while for MSN to fix the bugs.
