    I tried to go through the readme post first but am having problems. I Can't get into Add/Remove Programs at all. I can't go to any website that has the words spyware in it. So I can't get to AVG or Super, when i try to run bitdefender my comp shuts down. I did get through the ccleaner step and i have run spybot. Thanks in advance

    See if you can do the below.


    First run this procedure: ChodeFix - How download and run


    Now continue with the below.
    1. Download this file - combofix.exe
    2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
    3. When finished, it will produce a log ( c:\combofix.txt ) for you. Attach this log to your next reply
    Note:

    Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.


    Can you run the READ ME now? If you cannot use Add/Remove programs, continue on to the next steps. Do the same all the way thru. That is, just skip what you cannot do but continue on trying all steps. When you come back, tell us what you could and could not do.
