Help!!!

    Hi guys, something's wrong with my com.
    My screen would sometimes flicker while surfing with internet explorer after that things just get bad. My right click becomes malfunction and i couldn't get access to the task manager (ctrl+alt+del).
    Is this malware/spyware? I've been using uniblue spyeraser.
    Please, someone save me.
