Help

I purchased an Olivia HDTV and a curtis surround sound. I have the surround set up and it works great through the dvd player. I can't figure out how to connect it so that the tv gets the sound also. Please help me so that I can also experience the surround sound on regular tv station. Thank you so much for helping.

can you give me a step by step. What wires go to what imputs and outputs on the tv and into the surround sound.

I bought a new surround sound by curtis. It is great and I have it working right throught the dvd, but somehow I haven't hooked it up right to get the surround sound through the regular tv. I am not real good at this. Can someone give me a step by step to set up this. I don't know where to hook up the components to get the sound through my tv. I have and Olivia HDTV. thanks for your help

Sometimes you will need to disable the built-in TV speakers in order for the output to run through the sound system. It should be somewhere in the Audio setup portion of the setup menu on the TV.

Another thing: You will probably have to run the coaxial cable (normal TV cable) from the wall/cable box (or whatever) to the system, then from the system to the TV. It should be just simple IN and OUT ports on the back
