   Hi does anyone know about 'hompagecause.com' and 'virusheat.com'? a friend of mine seams to get this when on internet and cant get any other web pages up?

   Very likely homepage browser hijacks so its wise to run the below guide and attach the requesteed logs for one of our malware experts to review. If you cannot get other webpages up to download the required software then download on a 2nd PC and transfer to that infected PC.
   
   Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.
