Help!!!

    View attachment Help.zip I received a virus last weekend and it had cut me off from my control panel. I cannot edit firewalls, change background, change my account password etc. I seriously am annoyed. Whenever i try to access the control panel it comes up with a message saying 'This operation has been cancel due to restrictions in affect on this computer. Please contact the administrator'. Only problem is this account IS the administrator.

    Please advise. Thanks
