Help!!!!!!

hey um this is my first post i'm a little desperate and i don't know what to do!! lol

i used spybot and ad-aware it seem i have the "Win32.Agent.gvu"

(and other crap)

i used hijackthis and this is the log







i only scanned my comp i haven't done anything yet I'm afraid of screwing it up more since i'm bad at this

please help i don't know where to even begin
