   :cry I am having great difficulty. I cannot open my program files i did a system repair on my computer im using windows xp and now i can not open any program files please help it will not let me install any virus or spyware protection

   If you can log into safe mode with networking....I would suggest that you do the following and then start a thread in malware and attach the logs.
   
   Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.
