Help

My 8 year olds laptop has these anti virus software programmes popping up and I cant get rid of them or do anything on his laptop. He will be so upset that he cant use it :cry.
Any help would be appreciated.

I cant access my computer on there.
As soon as I switch it on this virus response lab 2009 comes up and I cant close it.
Then a advanced anti virus programme comes up which I cant close either

 

Have you tried to start your system in Windows Safe Mode?
Here is a guide to how to do that:
To get into the Windows XP Safe mode, as the computer is booting tap the "F8 key" continuously until you get the startup menu. Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode" and press your Enter key.

 

Its got windows 2000 on there but I will try that, when I can shut the laptop down and re start it!!

 

ok its starting up[ in safe mode what next?

 

OK that's good now turn it off again and do the same thing on start up but this time select safe mode with networking once you have that you will be able to run the anti malware process.

 

it doesnt show malware
