I currently work for an at home call center. We used a program called Intellique until yesterday to route our calls. I am now unable to login to the new website. I can enter my username and password but when I click on log in nothing happens. We have checked all settings in firewall, cleared cookies & cache, but nothing. I am the only agent having this issue. Any suggestions?

Have you tried adding the site to your "Trusted" sites?

Yes, we have tried that. My laptop will allow me to sign in. Same Vista, Same IE7 and I have compared all the settings and they are the exact same. I am at a loss an do not want to have to work off of my laptop!

    Welcome to Majorgeeks,

Not a fix but maybe a temp solution, try a different browser, firefox

Have you checked for updates to your operating system via Windows Updates

Does the site begin with https: or http: Can you login to other secure sites?

Did you have to install software prior to get this callcenter interface to work, if so maybe a clean install is needed.

Could it be an add-on in IE blocking... have you tried resetting IE to defaults...

Maybe it would be easier if you told us what you've tried already.
