Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi ive been haveing problems with my pc restarting by it self a few times a day and most times when i try to scan it using avg or adaware.
I unchecked the automatic restart box so i could gey the error and this is what came up:stop: 0x0000001a(0x00041284,0x068d1001,0x0000409b,0xc0883000)

It said Memory error or somingting like that also and said somthing about memory dump,,,,Does anyone know what this means or how I can fix it????Is there any free programs that will fix this,,,,,If you can help me my email is <snipped> ,,,Thanks
