Help!

I need help guys. I am getting Blue Screen errors. Technical Info: ***STOP: 0X0000007E (08x80000003, 0x805C49B8, 0xBA4CB2B4, 0xBA4CAFB0)

Before I get Blue Screen however, my computer tells me "We apologize for the inconvenience, but Windows did not start up successfully..."

Then it gives me the options to go into Safe Mode, (This includes with Networking and with Command Prompts), Last Know Good Configuration, or Start Windows Normally.

When I choose any of those options, it looks as if the computer might start up, but it immediately goes to a Blue Screen.

Can someone help?:cry

 

By the way, I am on another computer, that's why I am able to access the forum. :cry

i have found a solution on the dell forum if you go to this link " http://www.techsupportforum.com/mic...rt/422311-bsod-safe-mode-does-not-work-2.html " scroll down to post 28 by mracbar and follow his directions this may help you solve this issue.you will need a copy of your windows installation cd. good luck.

 

THANK YOU, the link you gave me worked. I was able to get through the blue screen and got my computer recovered.

HOWEVER. I found out what is causing the blue screen and messing up my entire computer. It is the secuity update for windows xp kb971486. What can I do now?
