Please give exact word for word error messages with proper spelling. For example did it say "not found" or did it say "could not be opened"

What was the initial reason for wanting to run the cleaning procedure? What problems were you having? Why were you downloading the tools to a memory sticky instead of just downloading them on the PC that you wanted to run them on?

Have you tried using safe boot mode? Can other files be copied to drive C?

Have you tried copying and running MGtools.exe? It does not actually run an Windows installation. It is just a self-extracting ZIP file which also autoruns the scanner after the extraction.
