help !

I'm all new to this computing malarky, but need some help dont know what i've picked up something nasty dont know what, its as if something has taken over my laptop, cd rom wont work, wont let me download anti virus, doesnt like exe files, wont let me unistall but will certain things, throws up errors an dont know what they are, eg error 39 for cd rom, ran anti malware bite an it found 2 rouge fix it tools but didn,t tell me what they were only that they is in registry H key local machine, I'm totally out of my depth does anyone know whats wrong an how i can fix it or am i beyond help :cry
