Administrator logon
Is there a way to log on to XP Pro that will bypass all security secttings, including gpedit.msc stettings?

We have been trying to set up a public libraries computers and want to restrict the patrons from haveing access to alot of the pc's funtiions, when we set the settings in gpedit.msc, they lock out the Administrator account too. It would be perfect for us if we could only use these restrictions for the patron user.

PLEASE HELP, I have redone these pc's numerous times, and every time right back to the beginning....
