Help!

hello, i recently deleted something by accident later (like 3 min after) realizing that i deleted the audio codec (i may have deleted the codec for the DVD drive also not sure but it no longer works also), and i have tried to re-install the 2 devices over and over and every time i get an error code 10 for the audio device and i don't have the money for some random program to try and fix the problem for me, please help. also we were going to just re-install the OS but the DVD drive doesn't work and he doesn't have a floppy drive.

 

also the audio drivers are for an IDT High Definition Audio CODEC, the DVD drive is a HL-DT-ST DVD-RAM GH22LP20. if that helps, every time i try ti install them they look in the folder c:/Dell/Drivers/R73044. i figured the drivers were corrupt because thats what one of the reasons for a code 10 is caused by so i downloaded the driver folder from dell and it still didnt work.

 

ok so i got the DVD drive working with some help from another thread but my audio still doesnt work, the computer came with roxio creator premier sd and im guessing its supposed to be for the audio, and i installed it but i cant find it and i dont see it as installed anywhere, and it tells me when i try to run it again it says its already installed. it also appears in ad/remove programs but when i click remove it says "setup encountered an error during installation" "error code:0002"
