    Im having this problem and it is spyware i think cause spyware/adware makes your computer slow or so i think and it could be a virus but here is what it does and i have deleted svmhost.exe it was some trojan i deleted with trojan guarder i had just downloaded and now erased cause serial ran out and i tried to install Avg Antivirus and it said the server was down and trend micro when i tried to install didn't even have a windows installer...Also I had a printer but now it's gone and i can't add one and i installed microsoft service pack 2 to patch a
    MS-0523 I think and when i reboot it takes 6 minutes to logout and when it restarts it takes 6 minutes to login to the user screen and im only allowed to click 1 user because when i click Problem Child out of the users Doug,Karan,Ben,ProblemChild i can only click on problem child to enter or for example if you don't understand i could switch the user once logged onto problemchild and when i try to click on another user while problem is logged it clicks but goes back to the same login screen where u just clicked.Also I had spoolsv.exe but i think i deleted it not sure it's the 99% cpu printer thing i wonder if that has anything to do with it plz help this is the hijack this message dunno if there's anything in it\\\\

    and also earlier it wouldn't let me copy and paste possibly cause my wireless mouse battery is low long topic short time to get it up

    something also disabled account management on control panel and it won't show anything in internet explorer

    ok my earlier post was figured out soon enough cause i searched google for every exe and anti-virus that the dam worms and virus would let me download and it let me download avg so i deleted the worms and virus and trojan but there's still 2 problems and someone could help me with that 1.When your computer comes onto the login screen i have 4 login accounts but when i login 1 account and try to switch a user and login on like 2.4 accounts or 1 more account the thing goes blank and to the blue login screen again

    also its extremely low when i reboot and logoff and login
    when i login it shows no desktop no start menu and about 2 mins later it all shows up help???

    Please read the announcement and sticky threads. HJT logs should only be posted when requested and then they must be attachments to your message. You must also post the entire log without cutting anything out like you did. You also must install HJT properly. Please run the steps below.

    - Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal

    Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

    - Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

    Also look in Add/Remove programs for Internet2 Optimizer and uninstall if found.


    After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem, boot into normal mode and make sure you follow these directions:


    - Download HijackThis 1.99.1

    - Unzip the hijackthis.exe file to a folder you create named C:\Program Files\HJT

    - Do NOT run Hijack This from the Desktop, a temp folder, or a sub-folder of C:\Documents and Settings, or choose to run it directly from the downloaded ZIP file.

    - Before running HijackThis: You must close each of the following:your web browser, e-mail client, instant messenger, and programs like notepad, wordpad, MS Word etc. And any other unnecessary running programs.

    - Run HijackThis and save your log file.

    - Post your log as an ATTACHMENT to your next message. (Do NOT copy/paste the log into your post).
