i know this is not the ipod help forms... but my ipod is acting real stupid. ive been told that the problem could be my antivirus trying to read my ipod as its own drive and somehow prevents it from doing anything. has anybody ever had this problem? ive read all the help i can from the apple site and nothing works. i might just have to send it in to be fixed, but the last time i did they said my warranty is void because it is scratched. (even though it worked fine once they returned it, i think they fixed it anyways)
