   Actually applies to tech help forums like this one, in which we are not infront of the PC in question, so need as much info as possible, and when we ask for information, its actually needed to diagnose the issue.... otherwise we'd have never asked in the first place, so dont skip the question as its not like we are asking for your bank account numbers!
