   Ok, we have a computer here and it keeps running helpsvs.exe on the computer and uses 99% cpu usage. Any thoughts on this or any way to fix it. Windows XP is running on the computer. thanks

   Try this:
   Start>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Services
   Scroll down to 'Help and Support'
   Double click it and set it to 'Manual' if it is set to 'Automatic'
