hemmroid

so my computer was working fine a couple weeks ago when all of a sudden i'm informed that i have obtained a bloodhound virus...
i've used smitfraudfix to take care of some problems and tryed using several dif other programs i've got some of the problems out of the way but ran a system scan the other day with counterspy and had a trojan(win32 and many adware files along with it i removed them but the comp is still sluggish and popups just wont stop theres just a lot of bullshit going on when there wasnt any in the first place i dont have hijackthis but im guessing i need to get it?? ANY help will be greatly appreciated
