    Attached please find the log files per the HijackThis forum. \
    After doing all the removal procedures, I was waiting on the HijackThis log when I started getting error messages as the log was filling in. Thank you for any help you can render.

    We do not have a HijackThis forum. We have a Malware Removal Forum. ;)

    You did not attach the proper log from SUPERAntiSpyware. Also you did not run the current version of MGtools. However I'm not sure it really matters. What malware problems are you having?

    You did forget to uninstall Viewpoint Media Player as requested in step 1 of the READ ME.
