    It's not crap and it takes more than an hour!

    Here are the things I can see were not run and there could be more:
    - SpyBot - Search & Destroy
    - Microsoft Windows Defender 1051 (Beta 2)
    - All of step 6

    Also what is the purpose of your post. You gave no indication of what problems you are having.

    you are nuts spybot adaware and everything else was ran already and the files deleted,system restore turned off then restarted then back on,i've done it man......thank you for calling me a liar and for absolutley nothing....you are a great service to many I can tell.Sorry if I exaggerated my time.....i meant i ahd been sitting here doing this stuff forever and it is crap to me if people try to get you to go through a bunch of stuff and you do it,then they tell you that you didnt,its not my fault the windows programs wont install,dont understand what u guys expect from pc illiterate people.

    If you installed SPybot as requested it would show in your log

    If you installed Microsoft Windows Defender 1051 (Beta 2) it would also show in your log and it would still be running.

    It you did step 6 there would be two O16 line in your log showing the online scanners and also you would have attached the logs.

    We expect you to tell us what problems you are having as the READ ME tells you to do. You did not do that either. If you could not installing something that is a required step in the READ ME, you also need to indicate that. You did nothing but say here's my log and that you did all the steps.

    All you need to do is complete all the steps like we request everyone to do and we can get started resolving whatever malware problems you have.
