Here's an odd request - Outlook 2K3

I have a user who has requested that his email signature be "locked". Essentially, he wants anyone replying to his messages to not be able to edit his signature. I'm not sure this is even possible. Thought I might ask, though, 'cause I'm not exactly a whiz with outlook. Does anyone have any thoughts?

This just doesn't seem doable to me. My best suggestion would be making the signature an inserted picture file (with all relevant sig. info part of the jpeg file, or whatever). There would be nothing stopping someone from removing the signature totally from a reply, though, and adding a picture as a signature might cause issues with email scanning/attachment manager/etc. for the recipients, especially since alot of them will be using outlook and/or OE with settings to block external pictures.

Still, the image file is my best idea, hope it helps! :)

Yes, that's a good idea; I've thought of similar things myself (not a picture, but HTML messages, or setup a stationary), but they don't seem practical, I agree.
