Hi and Help please

Hi there, I am new to this forum and new to a few things which I am going to mention within this post. Please help me out if you can. I am not a moron and do have a brain equipped with the ability to think - however, when one doesn't know where to start, how can one start?

SOOOOO that being said, I am here to get help with a game I have been playing, it is an Android Game. On this game, you open packs to get Gold cards. I am a sucker for any Card game and absolutely Love This One. It is Ultra Competetive and I wish to rise the ranks and crush this game. It's not a gambling game; it's a card collector/card strategy game.

So what is my question/problem? Well I know of someone who is crushing this game by getting a lot of gold cards and their method of obtaining mass amounts of cards seems to be the best - but how he gets all of those cards elude me. The dude is arrogant and took my money - but gave me no advice. He did come through with the cards though so fair enough. Can anyone help me figure it out?

They Guy I mentioned with the cards, I bought two profiles off him to see if I could figure it out. He gave me a profile number and password, the card was on there. All accounts he handed over were exactly level 10 - that is important because you get a free gold pack at level 10 (A chance to hit a Gold Card). I imagine he has some way of creating a player on their server, jumping to level 10, opening his card pack, and discarding the profile if he doesn't get what he likes. *** I have spoken to him and asked him - he Said these two things, that 'the game uses HTTPD requests', and that I should learn a Web Programming Language. I tried to understand both these things - kind of get HTTPD and learning a Programming Language from scratch was Extremely Difficult and I have still not managed to grasp anything about it.

I have tried decoding, opening, the *** file. Rooted for URLs. Lots of stuff, but I really didn't have a clue what I was looking for. Am I supposed to create a program or something? ??? ???
