You need to fix what it finds otherwise it is a waste of time to run CounterSpy. RUn it again and this time Quarantine or Delete what it finds.

Are you running the READ & RUN ME? If so, run the whole procedure and then attach ALL 6 requested logs. Do not attach them one at a time waiting for comments. The whole procedure should be completed before you post.

What do you mean? The first time you ran it, you Ignored the items it found instead of Quarantining or Deleting. Are you saying that it found nothing this time, or are you saying it will not fix what it finds?

As I said before, you need to complete all of the READ & RUN ME before posting anymore logs. Once you finish all steps, you should then attach all the logs along with a statement of any remaining problems.

Re: Hi can someone please help me, computer is under attack, it has gotten painfully

You need to follow the directions in the READ ME. You did not even install and rename HijackThis as requested. You installed it exactly where we specify not to install it. You must install it where we requested and you must rename it as requesed. Then a new log must be obtained and attached.

You also must attach ALL the logs. Observe if you are getting any error message in the Manage Attachments window.

Re: Hi can someone please help me, computer is under attack, it has gotten painfully

    Not yet! ;)

    You have this:

    C:\Program Files\analyse.exee\HijackThis.exe

    You need this:

    C:\Program Files\HijackThis\analyse.exe

You renamed the folder where you saved the executable file. You need to only renamed the executable file.

I also need the other logs before I can help you. If I attempt to work only with a HijackThis log, the fix will be incomplete and incorrect.

You need to follow the directions I give and answer questions. I asked you to observe in the Manage Attachments window to see if you are receiving any error messages when you try to attach files. If you can attach HijackThis logs, you should be able to attach the other logs.

Re: Hi can someone please help me, computer is under attack, it has gotten painfully

You still need to attach the other requested logs!
    • Bitdefender - from step 6
    • Panda Scan - from step 6
    • runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat
    • newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat

Re: Hi can someone please help me, computer is under attack, it has gotten painfully

Please only come back to post when you have all of the logs to attach. All of these scans should have been run before you came here to post. And all of them should have been run in the order specified in the READ ME too. The order is important.

If Panda did not find anything, just continue.

Re: Hi can someone please help me, computer is under attack, it has gotten painfully

You are not following the directions from the current version of the READ & RUN ME. Where did you download the copies of GetRunKey.zip and ShowNew.Zip from. Or perhaps I should also say when did you download them. They are out of date. Please download and use the correct versions as given in the links in the READ & RUN ME. Then attach new logs. You also must make sure you follow the directions for extracting these programs from the ZIP file and running them. You did not run ShowNew properly.

Also attach a new HJT log after you have installed and renamed HijackThis properly as requested in step 7 of the READ ME.

HOWEVER, please note that I'm not seeing any malware problems yet in anything you have posted. You are going to have to explain in more detail your exact problems since I don't see any and I don't think you have malware problems. You problems may just be what you are running and what you are doing to your PC. All of that stuff you are collecting on your Desktop does not belong there and will slow you down. Like the below for example does not belong on your Desktop:
