Hi, help w/adware & hijacking software

The computer is getting link ads, pop-ups, and started getting redirection. Yesterday my son tried to fix it by trying to download a free program for spyware but clicked on an add instead which installed something called zip opener, and that made it worse.

He thinks he got that out but we still have link ads and using google chrome the tab reads "chrome-extension://bakijjialdiiboeaknfpmflphhmljfkd" and it says page not found.

Today I did read & run me first instructions, including the Fixing Google Redirection/Hijacking Problems. I attached the logs, I hope I attached the right ones but I struggled with the process & am easily confused with such things. So let me know if I missed something.

Sorry I can't find it and I'm afraid I have forgotten to save it. I was a little bleary-eyed after a couple of hours. Should I run it again? Or should I start the whole process again?
