Hi! I am in need of some serious help...

I have some nasty worm that no antivirus or antispyware program can find...
and i'm totally clueless about what to do right now...
every time i open my computer up norton antivirus starts checking messages that are being sent but not by me of course.
after a while that it scans each and every message that is so-called sent by me the computer is slowed down because all of the error messages from e-mail servers around the world including Yahoo! Hotmail and so on..

I tried a couple of spyware and worm removers that didnt find anything wrong with my computer, but i have a gut feeling that tells me otherwise..
Is there something that can be done or is it all set up for the final format and reinstalling the whole computer?

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.
