Hi-Jack this log nvctrl.exe problem

problems: slow computer when its usually fast nvctrl.exe (trogan) and mssearchnet.exe and constant popups including this one that creates a sytem tray icon which has a triangular symbols with ! mark in it constantly flashing and then sends u to a site called http://thespyguard.com/?aff=103
also the program spywarestrike keeps reinstalling itself everytime i uninstall it.
