Hi there, i could not do your read and do because

I read your read and do this first thread, thing is soon as i try and open control pannel to remove programs it starts then instantly closes down.

My computer at least has packed.rolex and injecter.eh on it, as avg picjs it up about a 100 times.

Sorry i could not do the read post first, but i'm stumped now.

any help would be great.

Then just continue on with the other necessary steps and skip the add/remove part, see what else you can get done:

If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.

Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.

thanks i managed to boot it in safe mode and unistall most of the programes.

Followed the rest of the list and i belive i am clean. none of the programes are now picking it up, and i installed comodo antivirus ran a sweep and it came up clean to.
