HI, where is this better directed?

I've actually visited this site for well over a year now (pushing 2 I think) and have helped a lot of people fix a lot of their computer problems. I find this site to be the most effective and efficient one out there. I am having trouble with my parents computer and am not too sure where to go, start, do.... and so I come to you guys.


First off their Flash and their Quicktime Media Player doesn't operate properly (if at all) I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but, to no avail! confused

Secondly: IE and other larger programs (mainly Dramatica Pro, Final Draft 7, and iTunes) take a while to load up.

Last: If I open multiple browsers or tabs (depending on who I'm logged on under .... Mom, Dad, Brother...) in IE it will crash?

I'm not sure if this is better off posted in a different forum but would greatly appreciate any/ all advice I can get on the matter. Thanks for your time ~CPL Fuddrucker
