Hibernation not working!

    hey guys,

    ive always wanted to know how to hibernate my computer? ive tried it once but when i switchd the computer back on again it made a fresh reboot instead of resuming the last windows session.

    why isnt it hibernating? ive enabled hibernation but still no success!

    please help
