hiderun error - couldn't create process

pops up every time i log on to windows. i click ok and i see nothing else wrong. its just annoying everytime i boot up pc. i have scanned with avg,spybot, adware pro, and did many cleanings.

thx for any help no one seems to know whats causing it.

 

Figured it out finally I saw these lines in hijack this log file:
O23 - Service: DisplayController - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\System32\inetsrv\daemon\services.exe
O23 - Service: EthernetController - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\System32\inetsrv\daemon\services.exe

So i looked in this (C://windows/system 32/inetsrv/daemon)hidden folder and found these files:

I deleted them and uninstalled the version of daemon tools i was using. and i am reverting to good ol v3.47 of Daemon tools
