High CPU Usage, slow down

Hello. I'm new here.
And, of course, I have a computer problem.
My problem started about 3 days ago, when my computer started running really slowly, especially videos, but also bad connection on Skype. I remarked a really high CPU usage; most of it is taken up by System Idle Process.

The computer doesn't run any better if it's turned off and left for a while. It consistently runs at 100% CPU usage. The internet has also slowed down in general. What do I need to take screenshots of to help you help me?

Run - typing msconfig in blank
go to Startup tab
unboxing all boxes except for antivirus
Apply
