High CPU

Recently i have been having issues with high CPU everytime i double click my computer icon to view my folders. I see CPU goes 100% for about 30 secs and then it comes back to normal and at that time the folder shows me all the drives. While the CPU is up, i see the folder and the search flash light shows up till the CPU goes down and then all the drives are displayed. It also happens when I need to save a file in any folder. If i look at the processes, svchost.exe is taking all the CPU cycles. I have attached HiJackthis out put to see if someone could spot a poetential problem. Thanks in advance for help.
