High Idle Cpu And Disk Usage (apci.sys+028b90)

Hi, im getting high idle cpu usage (around 12%) and constant system disk usage (WRITE about 5-6 MB/s). At first, i noticed significant fps drop in games, pc was off for 20 days and after initial start up friends on discord said i was shuttering, voice was interrupted. Before that everything was ok.
I also did fresh system, windows update, still same. Occasinally im getting blue screen "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE"
What could it be? Thanks guys

What do you mean by "fresh system, windows update"? Do you mean you reinstalled Windows?

Your usage is not "high", BTW.

I note there have been some big Windows Updates lately and you said the computer was off for about 3 weeks. What if you just power up your computer and walk away? That is, just let it be and see if it finishes what it is doing. And Opera has 25 processes running.

I recommend you reboot (to close out any open programs) login to your computer and walk away for an hour or so and see what happens.
