Highly dubious! Sounds like one of these "registry cleaners" that find thousands of "registry errors", then you have to pay in order to remove them.

The likelihood that your computer will not run any more after that is very high.

I don't know Game Booster, but from the message you provided, it is not something I would trust.

There is a Game Booster From Iobit but only used it once never really did a thing for me.

Advance System care does enough that you do not need to use it.
