hijack this & error message help please

could someone please look at my hijack this log.Every time i log on to Windws Xp an error message appears that reads" winlogon.exe failed". A blue screen appears after that reads " c000021a {Fatal System Error}. After that my computer is frozen and i have to restart it. I finally have been able to do a system restore but my computer is still running very slow. thank you
