hijack this file interpretation help

    Hi and welcome to MG's EagleRecon007. You seem to be running both Avast and Norton anti virus. This creates a conflict. Choose one and we can help you remove the other.

    Can you let us know in detail, what issues you are facing.

    I removed Norton and installed Avast. Norton isn't on my system..Just left over files but I deleted those.

    I had a trojan on my PC. Someone got my FTP login as a result and loaded a mass amount of .js extension files on my web server to create an anti virus alert whenever someone would load the domain on their web browser. I had a back up of my site so once I did the Avast scan and removed the virus, I reinstalled the site.

    I was told to use Hijack this. I thought it would detect bad files only but it won't differentiate between good or bad files.
