Hijack this log file help needed!

I have run all the procedures. Please have a look at my log files and help me out!

IE windows keeps poping up in my computer, even when I didn't open IE window. And they are not pop-ups, they are full screen pages. I have zoneAlarm as my firewall and Avast! running as well. I checked every entry of the hijack log file and made sure that only those I recognize are remained. But I still cannot get rid of this problem.

Please help me with that!

 

Thanks very much for your attention and reply. I was not able to attach newfile.txt. I tried it quite a few times, so I gave up.

I've already reinstalled my system and you can ignore my request now. I learned a lot about network security from this forum. Thanks for your excellent job.
