Hijack This log help

Need a little help from my tech brethren here please. Ran Spybot, Adaware, and SAV in safe mode. Also deleted a bunch of files under C:\WINDOWS\ that were created at the moment my wife hit OK button on the "You need to install this to view" screen. Some of them included liqui-uninstaller.exe and fhfmm-uninstaller.exe. There are about 55 of these files with the same creation date. So I also go clean out all the temp files under the user account just in case. After deleting and running the scans in safe mode I reboot and they come back. There is a little ballon that keeps popping up saying my computer is infected. The desktop background changed to a web page w/ a blue background that says "Warning: Spyware threat has been detected on your PC". So my hijackthis log is below. Any and all would be greatly appreciated!!! Oh yeah I get the popup of Windows Security Center that says Trojandownloader.xs was found and the Task Manager is disabled.
