   My primary concern is you appear out of date with XP, you must have Service Pack 2 and all updates installed to have some basic known protection. Now, your problem is you need to be clean before installing that.
   
   Remove:
   O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ControlPanel] C:\WINDOWS\System32\cmd32.exe internat.dll,LoadKeyboardProfile
   
   This may be related to Awmcashbiz hijack, so check this:
